Bet there have been a few new leaks created.

More wasted water, and more cost to property owners.

How hard can it be to put a pressure regulator on the pumping station?

Did anyone make it to walking street last night?  Was there really no running water?  Didn't run into any problems in my condo, I guess we were't affected or there was enough water in the reserve tanks.

Yes it can !

There,s a rampant Corona Virus out there that require stringent hygiene care in order for it to be controlled.

And for that purpose WATER is absolutely required.

In regards to water and hygiene, it's not just about the virus.  What about washing cutlery in restaurants, and flushing toilets?

Basic sanitation is difficult without running water.   Truly 3rd World conditions, without running water.
