Your girlfriend and her daughter will find one if they want to find one.

Do yourself a favor and don't play that silly game that you should find something that they, as Thais, can find easily if they want.

They used to offer courses at The Fountain of Life in Naklua, soi 25 I think it is.

Correct and yes it is on soi 25.

The girlfriend of a friend of mine did the hairdressing course there about a year or so ago.

A friend of mine teaches there ( French) I will ask if they still run the hairdressing course there when I next seem him.

From what I hear the place has a good reputation

There is one on 3rd road just across the junction with Pattaya Tai, on the left. Opposite Mityon.

I found this school at this address indeed http://www.khunjoepattaya.com

which offers training over 3 months for 44,650 thb

I will contact The Fountain of Life in Naklua for details on rates and more but rather it's a non-profit organization http://www.folptty.org not really a hairdressing school !

Correct, I believe it is based on donations, is a charitable organisation of Christian / Catholic origins.... but they do not push the religion heavily. I agree it is not a fully fledged school, more aimed at giving young women an alternative.

How long does it take to become a hairdresser in Thailand?

NZ and AUstralia first twelve months is spent shampooing hair, and cleaning up while observing before getting hold of scissors.

I think it is a three year program to qualify.

Not sure if its still done but Tessabhan used to offer 100 hour course for yes...only 100 baht..1 baht an hour. Training was two 3-4 hour sessions weekly over three months...worth asking, the course covered evveeything

The OP is looking for a hairdressing school in Pattaya, not NZ or AUstralia!

I asked a question in my post, the second part is a comment.

There should be lots of hairdressing schools in Pattaya. Isn't this why so many young girls come to Pattaya from Issan?
