Abandoned dogs need a home.

I'm currently housing a few dogs that were left behind by their owners when they moved. They could all use a good home and loving family. They get along well with other dogs and are very friendly. I am keeping one of them as one of mine just died from Cancer. Three is my limit. Two of them are sisters and can be taken together or separately. The all white one was sprayed in the face by a snake according to a neighbor and  we found her wandering around blind and very malnourished. We took her to the vet and have been administering eye drops every day. Right now she looks like a stoned Rodney Dangerfield. but the swelling has been going down some. Right now she is back to about 50% full vision. She would not make a good watch dog as she is overly friendly and not aggressive. Her sister is also friendly and good with other dogs. The third one looks like a Chihuahua/Chupacabra mix. Very funny, friendly and tiny. I  have given the 2 sisters vaccinations and shots so they don't get pregnant. I will pay out of my own pocket to have the sisters spayed at Care for Dogs or a vets, but I can not afford to have the Chihuahua done as I was told they are a little more expensive. I have special needs dogs that I adopted at Care for Dogs and they can get expensive to keep. So if anybody is looking for a good family pet, contact me. I live in the Mae Hia area. I might be able to take one - Where's Mae Hia? I'm in Sansai.....

If you take the 121 towards Big C on the 108 go straight through the underpass to the Canal Road and turn left towards the Samoeng Road. From the Samoeng Road keep going South 11.2k to Wat Ring Wua. You can look up "Joe39Shop" on Google Maps. We are around the corner from them.

We will take some more in the morning with better light. Thank you.

Think I got the location, but can easily get lost in a two metre square! Tomorrow I have to wait in for True Visions to fix their whatever - had no tele for 2 nights - would Monday be OK for a visit?

Sure.  I will be here all day. Thank You.

The first one does have a strange look about the eyes....the spitting cobra episode explains it.

There is an experimental eye drop that is widely used for cataract....humans use it but it seems

to work well for pets...maybe try it.

It's called Can-C (maybe thats what you're already using.)

Thanks. The bottle is in Thai. I'll ask the wife when she gets home.

The active ingredient is 1% N-acetylcarnosine

Was invented by Russian scientists.

Jury is out on these....results in animal appear better than humans.

Was touted as a way to reverse cataracts without surgery.

You have a heart of gold. Hopefully, all the dogs will be able to find good owners.

Do update us on the progress of adoption.

Update on the dogs. I have decided to keep all the dogs since no one is interested. They don't bark at night and I have large enough fenced land for them to roam on. I won't put them in a shelter. I'll just drink a little less beer to save for food. Thanks to all concerned parties.

I'm still trying to persuade my wife but.....

Did they all live together before?

I have 5   the limit     but if push comes to shove room for 6

Wife says if we had a small garden OK but temporarily we do not

Yeah. They have always been together. No worries though. I will keep them. Thank you for trying.

Thank you for the generous offer. I won't put the burden on you though. I will keep them together at my place. They seem to be fitting in well enough and I love having them around. Very friendly bunch.

Tried to get to you earlier - got lost - no surprise there - then had a mini-emergency with my oldest dog who has heart disease. Spent most of yesterday at CMU small animal hospital - sorted now, thank heaven.

However, I think you made the right decision to keep them all as they've always been together. It's bad enough when dogs are abandoned by their former owners, splitting them up as well is traumatic for them. Wish you all the best!

Thank you.

Here's to a long & happy life for them, & just think how healthy you'll, be cutting down on the beer!
