I've worked in private schools for a while now and I've noticed that your resume usually makes to the reception, it is then passed along a line of women that giggle at the photo and then throw it in the bin / deleted from the inbox.

 

One place I've worked the Filipinos would only pass on the resume if it was of Filipino nationality.

 

So how can I speak directly to the branch owners?  Is there a company database?

 

 

You might be approaching it the wrong way.  The answer to your question is to network and build connections that can get you a personal introduction.  

 

When I get an unsolicited resume in my inbox it doesn’t usually go very far.  As a direct referral, it is much more likely to garner attention.
