Using the Land Office to determine land ownership

Recommended Posts

As the title implies I am seeking to establish the ownership of a particular piece of land.

I assume that the land office will have all the data

The question  is -this something that I should be able to do alone (assuming that I take with me a Thai who will help with any translation needs).

Or do I really need to employ a lawyer or some other professional.

Advise please

Do it yourself but they may ask for a small fee. In order for them to know which plot, you will need  chanote number of an adjoing plot...only ifon they can give will be Title holder and when purchased, don't expect them to have contact details

  Thanks

Difficult to get the chanote number of adjoining plot.

I can get the chanote number of the land adjoining the adjoining plot.

Will this do -do you think?
