True, but many Fox News viewers rely on him and other pundits for "news".  They actually believe the nonsense these talking heads spew out.

Same can be said about Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon on Cable Not News (CNN).

I don't disagree with you but it goes both ways.

You make assumptions you cant support. And I think that he surely has a better track record than Maddow et al.....

Nope. More viewers watch Maddow then Hannity.

You will note cuomo and lemon et al will apologise and update.

They also.request wh officials but they are too scared to appear. Who is this ghost grisham, why are tax payers paying her for hiding.

Hanity carlson ingraham and such will not do any apology or rectify anything. They are a disgrace.

Hes a senior advisor to the.president.

So? Whats wrong with that? A President cant take advice from ordinary Americans? Id rather have him whispering in the Presidents ear than someone like Jeremiah Wright or George Soros?

Hes not an ordinary american. Hes a liar and conspiracy theorist.

Yet trump refuses advice from his intel agencies.

So yes he fits right in to the wh.

The Russians only want Sanders to get through the Democratic primary.  Once Bernie becomes the Dem nominee, they will be all-in Trump and start bashing Bernie endlessly.

True.  That's what Americans will do too.

Some people refuse to acknowledge what all the intelligence agencies and all the intelligent people accept as fact:  Russia has, is, and will continue to interfere in US elections.

Up until 2016, most Americans would have told you that Fox "News" was the most heavily opinionated "news" organization in the country.

Post-2016, CNN assumed that mantle.  They've completely destroyed their credibility.

Disagree,

Hey mate, if it makes you feel better, y'all keep on thinking that what you say from the Great Land of the Antipodes matters to the US citizens who will be voting in a few short months.

It doesnt.

The bottom line of this topic, however, is apparently CNN fake news again. I guess thats the cultural imperialism you are referring to.

'fake news' is deliberate misinformation, a meme in which trump specialises thereby undermining institutions in their efforts to support democratic process. CNN has been reporting news and now reporting updated info from the intelligence agencies; the process does not equate to 'fake news'.

I've had posters defend their use of Hannity, Carlson, Judge whatshername and other pundits as reliable sources of information.  Not worth the trouble of digging them up, but I assure you there are many Fox News viewers who think watching the pundit shows is the same as watching the news.  Apparently Trump is one of them.

Trump watches Fox for recruitments to the WH. Fox employees and contributors always bent over in ridiculous form to wax Trump to get his attention for WH employments.

That proved their breathless breaking news was, as usual, false/spin/propaganda.

CNNs ratings demonstrate its worth as a source for anyhting except maybe travel stories. Brietbart is more trustworthy.

They reported accurately the content of a briefing by the top election security official to lawmakers. There was no bias in doing so.

Just as other did

The key to all of this disinfoe is the integrity of the voting tally! It's silly and so obvious to see the radical dems and their media wing blaming the POTUS for the Russians liking him, propaganda.

The Russians,Chinese,North Koreans have been at it for decades, sowing discourse.

Bottom line the Russians and others haven't successfully changed the tallies! IMOP they never will

He listened to the intel agencies real well when they said they could do a clean removal of Soleimani.  al-Baghdadi too.  Two massive cruise missile strikes on Syria, no collateral losses.

So, not listening sounds more like msm propaganda.

This is irrelevant to the topic under discussion.

Here's a relevant example

"Trump sides with Russia against FBI at Helsinki summit"

The story was leaked, as usual to the NY Times, then CNN ran with it.

All the while Americans seem to be doing just fine... The political drama apparently intrigues people to the point of nirvana. And oh by the way the intel that was discussed was classified and the basis for leaking it was what exactly, targeting who exactly?

Did they happen to mention that Bernie would actually be a preferred target, no of course not. But there you have it, the same Roman Circus via the MSM to the masses for their obvious inability to research things for themselves...

Some of us know dogs chase the stick into the busy street not because they know what the stick is, but because they don't know the difference... Look Fido, it's over there!

Believe nothing of what you hear, and only half of what you see. ????

"Believe nothing of what you hear, and only half of what you see."

Healthy skepticism is always in order.  However actively seeking out news sources that confirm what you want to believe is not healthy skepticism.  Rejecting all news that you don't like is willful ignorance.

A less paranoid interpretation of events is that CNN reported what had been provided by a trusted source, then updated the story when additional information was available.
