On the advice of a crypto-savvy Thai friend I've just signed up at bitkub.com.  They claim to be Thailand's leading crypto site.

They have an extensive identification process, with special handling for US citizens, which I'm going through now.  It will take up to 14 days to authenticate me before I can start trading.  They will report my activity directly to the IRS.

Hello. May I ask, was it easy for you to sign up with Bitkub? I’m having difficulties doing it. Today I spoke with one of their agents and he said I cannot use Bitkub unless I am registered first with the US SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission. I really think that is wrong. Do you know anything about that or does anyone else? Thank you in advance for your help.
