PHUKET: Two men escaped serious injuries after the car they were travelling in swerved out of control and struck a light pole on the central reservation then flipped, landing on its roof on the other side of Thepkrasattri Rd in Mai Khao yesterday (Mar 2).

Suvarnabhumi Airport immigration police today (March 3) found that two out of seven Thai labourers returning from South Korea were suspected of being infected with the Covid-19 coronavirus as they have a fever. The two have been sent to hospital for monitoring and the others have been ordered detained at their residences for 14 days.
