Ok have taken much advice from the Forum BUT REALITY

USUFRUT useless if new owner is prepared to take on

Chinese loaner took MY car for wifes debt (even though Toyota finance own )

Got court permission to take wife & sons house (how is that beneficial for my son )

 

Can anyone answer this if they are trying to back up their investments

A usufruct (registered on the chanotte) allows the usufructee to stay there for whatever agreed period of time - normally till death. It does not mean that the property cannot be sold.

However the new owner would not normally have any way of removing the usufruct which normally means no-one would consider buying it. The usufructee can decide who lives in the house etc etc. So unless you can give more clarity not really sure what you are saying.
