Health insurance for tourist

I am wondering, if I extend my 60 day tourist visa at immigration, will I be able to get health insurance here for say 3 months, because my existing Health insurance runs out in a weeks time which is when I am due to fly home to UK

I am not sure about terms and conditions, but I always buy Seven Corners when I travel for short trips, they are the cheapest, and their rating is not bad, from previous customers!
