medical certificate to fly from thailand to UK yes or no ?

i hear that my thai girlfriend will need to have a medical certificate to say she fit to fly from thailand to UK on the 27th march 2020  due to the virus ....

yes or no ? also hear has to be a certificate not older then 3 days before we fly ?    any one done this and know the cost and where to get this done in pattaya sattahip region?

As far as I have found no certificate for outbound, just a temperature scan at the airport, provided you have been in Thailand more than 15 days. 

Prompted my airline that "Everything OK?" for departure on the 26th, by e-mail yesterday, but not heard anything back yet.  I could not get through on the phone yesterday, they must be busy. No news is good news hopefully.
