Do you mean to the UK or on their return?
I understand that everybody needs a certificate the certify they're clear from Covid entering Thailand, even Thais, but not into the UK/
This situation is very fast moving. so anything could happen.

A friend of the wife said it but she has now sent me a copy of the statement it was from Thai aviation it was for thais coming back from the UK !..she had it the wrong way round ..lol

I'll close this topic then.
