do dealerships buy them? or any suggestions or shops that buy ?  In Chiang Mai

You can go to the second hand motorbikes dealers behind Ruamchok mall.

 

They don't speak English beyond very basic words so you need to bring in a translator if you can't speak Thai beyond basic words.
