O.K. so since we had an upgrade on “ThaiVisaDotCom” witch included the “Friends List and Mutual Friends List” on our Profile page, (tank you belly big for that "ThaiVisaDotCom” BTW) the question is this:-

How many “Friends are on your List” and how many are “Mutual Friends”

I put up 93 on my “Friends List” and have only got 27 as my “Mutual Friends”.

Makes one tink? What’s it all about? What about you

So there are people who've added me, but I have not added... Wonder who they are...

15 friends. 11 mutual. I'm a sad case. Kayo, you can view who has added you. Just click on "who added me".

I always get an email noting someone added me to their friends list. I usually add them back, although sometimes I am busy with something else. Just updated my friends list last week and added all the winkers I admire. Fortunately, none of them rejected me.

Also, if you click on someone's av, you can see if they are already a friend (in case you forgot). And you can also remove them as a friend.

and don't forget to up your mutual star rating...and start a new thread exclusively for both of you where you can tell each other how great you are....or just get a room

You can also set it so that someone can only add you as a friend with your permission. Then, you become mutual friends.

The best thing about the friends list, IMO, is that it makes it easier to contact people by PM. Just go to friends list and click on their name and then PM.

This one I took in "November" 2005. Last year Kan Knot take one in Thailand (skies where no good), but this year hopefully many more.

Serious question: What is "friends etiquette"? Is it a snub if someone adds you & you don't add them? AFAIK, I have added most people that have added me. And if I added them first & they don't add me, it doesn't bother me.

However, there are 2 in particular that have added me & I have no idea why. One was quite a while ago. I checked him out, saw he had half the forum on his friends list (I didn't particularly like his posts either) so, I didn't add him. The second was yesterday. Again, not sure about him from profile or posts, but he has less people on his list. Is it polite to add him to mine anyway? I don't mind being added to other people's lists (so I don't really want to "approve" who adds me), but I want my own friends' list to be indicative of people I particularly like or admire. There are a lot of others I want to add, but I don't want to add any Tom, Dick or Harry just cos they added me.

So, any cyber "Miss Manners" out there? What should this "gentle reader" do, in these circumstances?
