Rent out apartment

Featured Replies

Hi, does anyone know how/where I can put an ad IF I want to rent out my apartment in Pattaya?

How to post in the Classifieds section? I can see the posts but don't see anywhere to post a new topic like in the other forum?

Thanks in advance

You can post on the hundreds of Facebook groups which most agents use.

With a ton of air bnb condos hitting the market now with zero tourists your chances of attracting a rental without a 50% discount is zero

The rent is quite cheap, specially if long term stay and yes, I'm aware of the situation but still have to try and see.

Zero tourists.

Migrant workers gone.

Only locals left. Many without jobs.

I hope for your sake there is a local employee that still has a job and has decided that this is the time to move into a new apartment and building.

Will you be completely disinfecting the unit and everything in it?

No one has lived there for a couple of weeks and probably won't soon. If there was a virus there, it is probably dead by now.

Yeah, we'll see if there is any luck, I don't put much hope but who knows.

Be sure that your lease allows you to sublet. Many do not.

They allow if it is for longer time, not for day rent or week

People need peace of mind.

The owner saying, oh, nobody's been in there for weeks, so no need for it to be disinfected, besides that the entire World is in a pandemic, likely won't cut it.

Anybody moving into a new rental unit now is going to expect it to be entirely disinfected before they pay the deposit.

I have been trying to contact you for 3 days. Thai Visa is a real can of worms. I am interested in the apartment. Please call me 086-170-3528.

Thanks

Don

I just looked on AirBnB for some random days next month.  15 pages or more for Pattaya.  Most were condo's.
