I hope for your sake there is a local employee that still has a job and has decided that this is the time to move into a new apartment and building. Will you be completely disinfecting the unit and everything in it?

Will you be completely disinfecting the unit and everything in it? No one has lived there for a couple of weeks and probably won't soon. If there was a virus there, it is probably dead by now. Yeah, we'll see if there is any luck, I don't put much hope but who knows.

People need peace of mind. The owner saying, oh, nobody's been in there for weeks, so no need for it to be disinfected, besides that the entire World is in a pandemic, likely won't cut it. Anybody moving into a new rental unit now is going to expect it to be entirely disinfected before they pay the deposit.
