Do have a Google, there as many different recipes as there are Indian chefs.

Go to the Indian supermarket at the basement of Rembrandt Hotel in Soi 18 Sukhumvit, quite close to Villa. Name of the shop is Spices i think.

Got mine from zingstreet.com, excellent service and cheap.
