From reports I've had Phromthep cape is now (from today) totally locked down... just returned from Nai Harn beach (17:30 hrs) and some English speaking rentacop with all the bells whistles and flashing lights n his bike... telling anyone and everyone there to GO HOME. Maybe phase 2 of lockdown has just kicked in.

My wife just went through the checkpoint and they told her lockdown for another month for the whole west coast. I will believe it when they report it officially. 

It broke my spirits a little.
