How many millions cannot walk up dozen"s  of flight's of stairs to home or or office.? Jammed in like sardines twice a day ? Could be New York has many cases because it has many elevators. Same with Italy and Spain. Both have many elevators that must be used a lot. Who knows, but just a thought??
