Yeah. The lady BIB looks quite fit too. I wonder if she gave the sex toy a go as well?

(purely in the line of duty, of course!)

I was thinking the same.

The model looks to be a katoey judging by her hands.

500 baht and 30 min. In the back room. For reenactment  of the crime.

Damn, yes.....re-enactment and all the usual press coverage. Well done.

Have you seen her video? It was not porn by any stretch of the imagination. You could say the orgasm scene from "When Harry met Sally" was porn then.

It's not up to me or a dictionary to define what may be considered "porn" or "damaging to Thailand's image" under Thai laws.

From the first thread (https://forum.thaivisa.com/topic/1160447-thai-police-hunt-couple-behind-viral-sex-toy-video/?tab=comments#comment-15316109):

"those involved face up to 5 years in jail and a fine of up to 100,000 baht or both for creating and distributing pornographic or indecent material online in accordance to Section 14 of the Computer Crime Act."
(my bolding/underlining)

From the original INN article (linked in the first thread - I used Google to translate the original text) - https://www.innnews.co.th/crime/news_651857/
"Or committing other obscene acts under the Criminal Code, Section 388,"

So, in accordance with Thai law, they have broken the law, whether or not any foreigner agrees with that.

She said she didn’t really expect anyone to watch the video, which later went on to be viewed more than 7 million times in less than 24 hours after it was posted online last Friday.

7 Million times in less than 24 hours? That must be a record.

I hope she monetised it on YouTube.

500bht fine and a wai then?

Which in this case would be extremely harsh wouldn't it?

I would have lauded her for promoting social distancing lifestyle alternatives.

What's wrong with her hands?

Neither her hand not her other assets look suspicious to me

(I have chosen one of her most tame pictures)

Just replying to my own comment:

The one I saw on YouTube only has 4,700 views. Long way to 7 million
