THE POWER WITHIN YOU

 

You’ve had it since you were born

You still have it now

A spiritual gift that can be unlocked

If only you know how

 

 

We are the masters of our own reality

Our conscious minds hold the key

And sadly, this is something that authority

Does not want you to see

 

Call it what you will

PMA, the desire to achieve

It all stems from

The power when you believe

 

Meditation shows you how

Let your inner mind find peace

Block out the world

Make the wandering mind cease

 

Our thoughts attract things

And once you know that

you can then train your mind

and that’s where its at

 

 

Its always been around

The power of the mind

And if you love everything and everyone

Happiness you will find

 

Lockdown isn’t fun

That much is true

But it could be a time

To take a closer look at you!

Notwithstanding the naysayers and critics like me, good on you for making the effort to post something interesting and imaginative and relevant to our current circumstances.

 

This enforced containment is an opportunity to think about those that are suffering more than us through loss of revenue, salary or opportunity.

If you can put your hands in your pockets and come out with some spare change, consider whether with that you can help anyone who suffering

Absolutely right. Those of us who are least affected by this crisis can show generosity. I always pay extra at the restaurant I get my meal from every night. I give the 10 baht motocy guys 20, 40 or 100 baht depending on what is in my pocket. I have doubled the maid's salary while she us unemployed from her regular job at the school. These are small amounts that can make a big difference to those who are in need right now. It doesn't take rich donations to make a difference.
