Opening a Krungsri account for faster Wise transfers
It's a fair point you make though I see the effort of opening a bank account as a trivial matter. So setting up something in the unlikely event that waiting a day for the transfer is a problem I see as worthwhile. Also giving me different banking options may produce other benefits. Though it's a secondary consideration in this case. -

When to eat dinner
I've managed to quit that now. I'm already following the intermittent fasting regime, having finished eating by 6pm. But I was getting annoyed at having to make multiple trips to the bathroom at night. Not anymore. My fasting now includes drinking of any kind and now I only need to pee once during the night. I do occasionally feel dehydrated when I wake up to pee, in which case just a small sip of water, maybe half a glass, is enough to see me through the night. As mentioned by @newbee2022 above, my sleep is much improved. -

JAPAN - Prof dr Yasufumi MURAKAMI: "The more doses you get, the sooner you’re likely to die"
The article have been retracted https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11077472/ The Editors-in-Chief have retracted this article. Upon post-publication review, it has been determined that the correlation between mortality rates and vaccination status cannot be proven with the data presented in this article. As this invalidates the conclusions of the article, the decision has been made to retract. The authors disagree with this retraction. -

What is the unit of measurement for the vertical axis on that chart? It isn't labeled.
