I was just wondering if anybody in Chiang Mai has had a refund for their electric meter deposit as per the Govt. advisory last month. My wife put in a claim 4 weeks ago and hasn't heard anything. She also says that none of her friends in Chiang Mai have had any success either. 

Applies to most of the country it appears....promises promises....

The ex wife registered and received a text confirmation hasnt received money back yet,,,I registered and received confirmation,no text message for me though and no refund yet but I do beleive they said payments will start at end of month.

What they say they will do and what happens in reality are two very different things here....

We applied two weeks ago, got the refund via PromptPay three days later.

We did for our two houses one in Chiang Mai one in Hua Hin, got the refund, 6005.31 Thb per house,

collected for both in 7/11 in Chiang Mai without any hassle.

We had the money back after 3 days Doi Saket area.

2000 baht came through about 2 weeks ago, about 2 weeks after applying for it. Chiang Mai city 50200 if the district has anything to do with it?
