It was still there when I last walked down that Soi in February this year.  I can't offer any alternative suggestions as I am not aware of the condo size in River Court.

Just for you, I cycled down soi 41 today.

It was on my Sunday morning  cycle route and 41 is one of the few sois on lower mid suk that i have never been down; probably because it doesnt go anywhere, so i thought i would go take a look.

What a pretty soi! And a great location. I can see why you like to stay there and yes,  I can confirm, that River Court is very much still there, and open. In fact the car park looked full
