mommysboy Posted May 17, 2020 Share Posted May 17, 2020 (edited) UK and USA have had particularly bad outbreaks because they went in to lockdown far too late. But actually what he says about testing leading to more confirmed cases is obviously true. A country that does a lot of testing, eg, USA, will appear to have a lot more cases than a country that doesn't.
