The Nakhon Ratchasima province’s communicable disease committee is allowing hotels to reopen on June 1, deputy governor Apinan Puekpong said on Wednesday (May 27).

However, he said, all staff members and guests will have to strictly comply with related hygiene regulations to contain the spread of Covid-19, such as disinfecting frequently touched areas every hour and public areas in hotels every two hours.

The hotels will also have to send records of all guests to the public health office every week.

Buriram is special case, with a very special governor...

and what about A/C restaurants?  and pubs?  and having a beer to wash down the petro-chemical smog at open air restaurants?

when will things get back to at least semi-normal?

Yes alcohol ban still in force till the end of the month and no announcement made yet regarding end or extension!

And yes we have a very special governor, un-elected and self appointed, but he does own a nice stadium and race track.

Please remember, this is Thailand's "hot spot" Province for Dengue Fever - 2 deaths so far!
