Nine beaches in the city will re-open including Pattaya, Jomtien, Pratumnak, Cozy, Wong Amat, Krating Rai, Yin Yom, Naklua and Bali Hai Pier. Popular Post bkk6060
I actually plan on going the first day and swimming. The water looks clean, no garbage on the beach, you can smell the salt water as you walk the promenade not the sewer smell, and no boats have been active. Seems like a a great opportunity. 3

Good luck with that! Would require BIB to get out of chairs, out of aircon offices and actually confront some real live people & probably outnumbered it they dare.

RayD
Great news! Now all I need is the buses running so I can get there.
JusticeGB
The beach vendors will be infesting the beaches though. The covid19 pandemic won't be the problem it will be the "pesty" beach vendors trying to make back all their lost income.

Stargeezr
My friend is going to rush down to the beach on opening day ad he says, it will be the cleanest that it will be ever. He also said it may only be a day or 2 before the 2nd wave hits and all will be closed again. Good Luck Pattaya, especially Jomtien Beach as well. Hope the water stays clean for a few days for all of you. Geezer
