Authorities in Nakhon Ratchasima province launched a special campaign in City Hall on Friday (June 5) to teach people how to protect themselves not just from Covid-19, but also dengue and rabies.

Provincial governor Wichian Chantaranothai, who presided over the opening ceremony, said this event was necessary to boost awareness of these dangerous communicable diseases.

“Apart from featuring an exhibition on the three diseases, stray dogs and cats were also neutered and vaccinated for rabies. Officials also cleared potential mosquito-breeding sites in and around City Hall, Wat Sutthachinda Worawihan and Wat Bueng Phra Aram Luang," he said.
