Remember that fitting a "carryboy"  means (well should do legally) going to the Department of Land Transportation  for inspection and registering in the "blue book"  as it is a vehicle modification.

Happy to be corrected but I thought that requirement was for the full canopy type, not the hard lid type.

Don Mega is correct. No need for a Top Up lid.

 

@essox essox I would be interested to hear what Boy quotes as I had a Super Up fitted to a Triton 8/9 years ago there and it was 30k then. Super Up is the fully electronic and can raise up on 4 struts as high as the cab height.

I had a manuel one fitted to my Triton in 2006....if i remember correctly, it was 16 k

thats just  what i thought too.....when I had my old triton fitted with one I DID NOT GO and tell anyone...!!!
