tried the office shop, no luck there

will try robinsons next time I am in Town

didnt think it would be a hard item to find

Not qute sure what you need it for. But if you want to roll up a poster try a couple of the inner toiler roll tubes.

nope, you can by the rigid plastic type ones that art students use but not the cardboard ones. I just need to post a poster back to the UK

did you try the post office box place in central? It's in the "Island Tourist center" aka the bank area, back right corner.

I remember seeing boxes but i can't recall poster tubes or not.

my next thought is all these art shops in Patong and all around that sell originals and reproductions. they must have a way for the tourists to take pieces home? Maybe they got tubes? it's worth a shot.

Poster Tubes, get your Poster Tubes, DHL shipping, they have loads. or should, atleast they do in Phuket.
