Hotmail. that is the Newsletter just came. time 6.30pm. I don't think it should matter which email server I use.

I have been using this one for 15 years, and it is only these past 2 weeks it has been so bad.

You didn't answer my question Poss, what is in the Newsletter that you cannot get on the website?

I usually opt out of newsletters so that I personally can decide what I want to read and not what is sent to me.

I really don't know, the newsletter is what I am used to to stay up to date.

There have recently been a couple updates on Microsoft edge that have required me to allow a system update to the set up which appeared to interrupt my mail until fixed. Are you receiving other mail?

Why not just go to Thaivisa.com, set it up as a favourite (LOL) on your browser, and Robert's your father's brother.

Was the morning or afternoon newsletter?

The were sent yesterday at 6:05 am and at 1:10 PM.

This morning it was sent out at 6:00 am.

I think it is your mail server that is delaying them.

Perhaps Microsoft is subtly trying to prod you to change to an @outlook.com email address by delaying the delivery of emails sent from mass mailers to hotmail addresses.

There is a way to look at the full header of an incoming email and if you know how to do this in Hotmail you can check the date and time when the Microsoft server received the email and when it was forwarded to you.
