I recently used the online 90 day reporting service which I found easy to use and very convenient. 

 

However the 'approved' receipt does not indicate when the next report is due. 

 

Do I simply calculate the next 90 days after my last report was due, or do I count 90 days for when my online report is dated?

 

 

Go back to the website and on the APPROVED  column, click and it will give you a new paper to print out, with your next date to apply on it. 

Your next report is due 90 days from when your report was approved. Have you gotten an email stating it was approved.

You need to go back to the online reporting site to check the status of your report and then you can print out the receipt for it that will show your next report date.
