I'm in Nong Khai for a couple of days, but told in Irish Bar, pool not allowed 

Is this right,? Can play pool in Sakon and Nakhon without any problem, but told government not allow in Nong Khai?

    If it's in a bar, technically speaking they are not supposed to be open, suffice to say, was at my local the other night, cover was on the table, but wasn't a couple of nights before, either way, playing pool can take a back seat for now as it's not a deal breaker for me, getting out and sinking a couple with the lads is good.
