Applications made for 78 foreign footballers/officials to enter Thailand

Thailand's football authorities have made applications for 78 foreign players, coaches and other officials to be allowed back into Thailand.

 

They need them to start training soon before the expected start of the three leagues in September. 

 

Recent easing of post Covid-19 activities related to football, footsal, basketball and volleyball are behind the moves.

 

Forty foreign players and officials are needed across 12 clubs in League 1, 15 in seven clubs in League 2 and 22 in 16 clubs in League 3.

 

There is also a request for a Thai national team coach.

I completely agree with you on that. There are still many families seperated due to this virus, and they are going on about getting footballers back??
