What information am I going to have to show the embassy about this mixed up bunch?

I hav been told that I shoudl get a letter from there employers but they are all self employed hairdresser, make up and property is this going to cause me any problems.

They are all financially stable any advice on this?

Thank you for that constructive humour - no my landlord is a landlord and his income is from properties, his g/f is a hair dresses and my g/f is a makeup artist (read she does bar girls make up)
