Don't know if others experience the same issue, but recently I get brief timeouts when connecting to TVF, where the Cloudflare page will pop up.

 

It happened again about 10 minutes ago, and it said Tokyo Clouflare online > Thaivisa host down.

 

Why would it show Tokyo Cloudflare when I'm in Thailand, and not have VPN enabled?

 

Usually it says Bangkok Clouflare
