Esteemed members,

I just tried to use the internet address I found here on the ThaiVisa Forums for completing the 90 Day Report Online.

This is the address I used:  https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do

Copied this address into my Chrome Browser and was unable to open the page. Anyone have a similar experience?

Can anyone give a correct internet address for 90 Day Reports that actually works? This is what comes up when you type in the above https://on the screen:

Sloppiness once again.

Their "security certificate" has expired on August 14, 2020 (three days ago).

You can nothing except ignore all warning and go to the page anyway.

Then there is a Box on this Warning Page labeled: Back to Safety. Click it and you get a blank screen.

Depending on browser there are differently labeled paths to the potentially dangerous website.

I just went through with Firefox.

And who tells them?

I got through on FIrefox. I had to override their CAUTION.

FIlled out the first page and then clicked CONTINUE.

Got this message: For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area

It's possible that my 90 Day Report is not due yet. Because I sent in a TM47 in July. However, I never received the self addressed stamped envelope back from Immigration with the Approval Slip and New Date. Ubon Joe suggest it could have been lost in the mail. So now I don't know my status and the only way to find out is a 30 km drive to Immigration.

I'd make the drive to Muang Thong Thani to sort it out.

I think you're right, despite my being annoyed at such a redundant system. The whole thing doesn't need to be so inefficient. But we're here and complaining doesn't solve the problem. So where again is this new Muang Thong Thani office?

Hopefully they will get around to renewing it!

I would sort it out, get a next report date in person, then file by mail in the future. I mail mine EMS, for delivery 17 days before report date.

The problem with online is that if you cannot get the system to work for you it's probably too late to mail it in. That's been my dilemma.

My next report is due Nov. 4, so plan to try online, and if that fails, go in person.

That is actually a Chaeng Wattana rule. Other offices go by the 7 days before the report date and many will accept them by mail up to the report date. Chaeng Wattana will process them that were mailed less than 15 days before but a stamp on the receipt to do it 15 days before next time

I think they set it that way due to registered mail taking more than 7 day to be delivered in the past.

I completed mine on 12 August and printed off a copy of the PENDING document, I then went back in the following day on the 13th of August and printed off the APPROVED document, but since after the 13th cannot get onto the site unless I click the ADVANCED section YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT PRIVATE PAGE, once I do that, I then go to the bottom of the page and hit the link Proceed to extranet.immigration.go.th(unsafe) then the page opens for me to either click on the TM47 link which I completed on the 12th August or the link below it CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION, which is what I want, e.g. I want to print off the white slip to put in my passport.

When I put in the reference number and press return, nothing happens, so I try the other option, passport number, d.o.b. and country, again, nothing happens, so I am in limbo until they sort it. However I think I am ok with the APPROVED document with the date and time it was approved with it also having the TRN on it, so will just put that into my passport until the system comes back online, who knows when.

I think in your case as you and others have said, taking the drive to the immigration office would be the way to go.

Why don’t you register and then use the IMMeService App.  takes me less than 5 minutes to do my 90 Day Report...

I did downland the App and thought all my problems are over. Not so. I tried to register but the APP it wouldn't let me. Either you got lucky or you're an IT genius and you hacked your way in, because it wasn't letting me register.

I clicked on your link using my Android phone with Chrome, and it works as it should. Imo, the website is more reliable than the app. Don't you have a phone?

Attached is a screen shot of my PC, win 10 64 bit and IE.
Looks like security certificate of that site has expired.

But still I could enter the site.
First, click "More information".
Then "Go on to the webpage (not recommended)" will be shown.
Click that and the site will be shown.
I could check my history normally.
