Keep the facts straight for all our sakes. She is a naturalized American from Slovenia.

Who entered the US on an EB-1 (Einstein) visa. Give me a break!

Is this the one who claimed to be an immigrant from Puerto Rico?

Yeah, had a look at her Wikipedia page, PR is not mentioned.  Hard to believe she ever worked at a real job.  And Puerto Rico is the place Rick Santorum (a senator at the time) went to and told them "you have to learn English, it's the law."

And then there are the ones who they decided not to show

I had it on with the sound off, at one point there was a woman who looked like a rabid dog, her teeth bared like ready to attack, dunno her name.

Hmm. I thought that it was an Epstein visa.

I still have a hard time understanding her when she speaks. Reminds me of Natasah Fatale on Rocky & Bullwinkle.

And before you suggest that she speaks six, seven, eight languages STOP. That's been disproven.

No, she did not graduate from university.

No, the details of her path to citizenship promised by her husband have never been released.

Wrinkled flags are a HUGE faux pas. The lack of respect is noted.

Yes I care. Melania is a classy lady, she was sorely needed in the white house at this time. Looking at the viewing figures compared to the DNC opening it would seem many people care. It also puts polls into real perspective.

First night of GOP convention delivers nearly six times more views than start of Democrats' event on C-SPAN livestream

"C-SPAN's livestream of the first night of the Republican National Convention has attracted nearly 440,000 views, marking a substantial increase over the start of the Democratic National Convention, which drew 76,000 views."

At least she will never have to work again, including servicing the needs of him, should he loose.

Should  he win then back to slavery for her.

I disagree.  I believe her speech will support him strongly, with something along the lines of 'Please vote for Donald, I really need to get the demented clown out of the house before i go stark raving mad'!:cheesy:

Did not mean to ruffle feathers. Just to point out that she is an American citizen now. Visa entrance is another matter. the post I was referring to stated that she was Slovenian. Too many folks read something and accept it as valid in a time when there is a lot of false information.. Cross it off to my having taught history. Meant as factual help not fault finding.

I'm waiting for someone to implicate Slovenia into meddling with US elections... I mean, she's Slovenian, right... Just don't know whether she wants him to win or prefers him to lose.

That's what I wondered when she said:

"We deserve total honesty from our President"

It cannot reasonably be considered as a pro-Trump slogan, right? ????????????

And my point is she entered the US on false pretense, and that negates her citizenship. Sure, she's got the documents, but they were like going to a Thai immigration "agent" and paying 12k baht to get a retirement visa.

May be but currently she is a US citizen. A court would have to order invalidating citizenship and I think we would agree that is an impossibility. Just another footnote ... have the money to invest and you can buy citizenship in the USA. Same as several other countries. Money talks ... no body walks ...

Yeah, impressive "show" (ing) for the home team, but we'll see how that translates into votes :glare:

i wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if the Trump gets in for a second term.

Americans are stupid enough to vote him in.

he has done some good for the cuntry by being completely free of any constraint or conscience.

The movers and shakers behind Amorica can use him to do what they want.

And she is sorta hot!

Geez, I think she hates her life.  Their public interaction seems to me to support she also hates his guts.  Refused to hold hands again with him the other day pulling away from him.  I bet she disagrees with most of what he says/does, and is probably physically repulsed but is forced to support it all at this point.  Their interaction suggests if he loses they get a divorce.

Rubbish.
