Ts there a newsstand in Ubon where I can buy a newspaper? Any newspaper - Thai or farang. 

In my Isaan village there is none. I'll be going to Ubon in a week or so.

I have received my yearly pension "Life Certificate" form and need to have it certified in person at the Belgian Consulate in BKK.

This tear of Covid19 I prefer to do it by mail.

The Belgian Consulate will accept to certify it without my being present if I join a picture of me holding a current dated newspaper to my demand.

Moved to here in the Isaan forum for local input.

You can find newspapers in Thai at many places. Not sure about English ones now.
