I am pretty sure that a shell company that is owned buy a foreign subsidiary that is in some way connected to a Thai company who the Red Bull organisation have part ownership in is going to be involved. JusticeGB Posted September 2, 2020 Share Posted September 2, 2020 If bribery was involved to delay the issue of a summons at minimum the Statute of Limitations should run from the date it could be issued. There's already a law that stops the Statute of Limitations running when a Politician flees abroad why not do the same for Boss.
