September 3, 20205 yr Mandatory? Like it is absolutely forbidden for anybody in the Country to work, no restaurants or shops open, no malls open, no bus or other transportation services and hospitals all closed? Can you imagine it Tony?
September 3, 20205 yr Why are schools closed for this? Songkran is always in middle of school holidays, & they were all closed.
