Any amphur office can do it.  doesn't need to be where you registered the marriage.

Yep, did mine yesterday at Saraphi, we married in the city, 20 baht.

 

Just wife's ID needed.

We just did it at the district office on the road to Mae Rim.

 

50 baht.

 

Didn't get a receipt, come to think of it. 

Got ours last week at City Hall, took about 5min,cost 25b.
