Very unlikely you're going to find an 'Authorized Service Center' in Chiang Mai. Maybe you can describe what issue you've run into?

Appreciate your reply. I have already gone through you tube videos. The problem is beyond diy . Hillkoff coffee that sells Gaggia machines also has a repair shop attached. I was going to the forum to see if someone can recommend even a better idea
