I would also add if you are proven to have paid organized smugglers for your border passage you are flatly denied. We don't need people that must work to send the monkey out of the country to cartels. That's a liability and a terrible conflict of interest -

Otherwise, It is possible to find grafted lemon varieties at plant markets, but look for actively fruiting plants for sale where you can identify the actual fruit you want. Lime and lemon foliage and growth habit can look similar when there is no fruit present. Kickstart is right about providing afternoon shading, but from my experience that applies mostly for newly planted and young trees. Once a root system is established, preferably in fertilie soil and with adequate deep watering and mulching of the soil surface, maturing trees can take full sun. Allow a full foliar canopy to grow and shade the soil surface to avoid drying and cooking the all-important beneficial soil biology. I have grown lemons in full sun in Chiang Mai and India and in the Arizona desert. -

There still a Citibank ATM at Asoke?
No, afraid Citibank sold their Thai operation to UOB, so no Citibank ATM’s in Thailand any more. Same ATM’s still in Asoke, just operated by UOB now. As to whether the exchange rate is OK when using your Citibank card there, you’d have to check the exchange rates your particular Citibank account uses when withdrawing cash from overseas ATM’s, and whether there are any surcharges. I used to have a Citibank account in Australia before they sold their operation to an Australian bank, and their rates were very fair. Used to love the Citibank Asoke branch, as I didn’t even need to pay the 220 baht fixed charge levied by just about all Thai banks when using an overseas card. One thing you have to take great care with is to never accept the conversion to your local currency that many ATM’s ‘helpfully’ offer you. This is known as ‘dynamic currency conversion’, and is an outrageous rip-off. Take your time at each step of the transaction, reading everything carefully, as if you feel rushed, it’s easy to fall into the dynamic currency conversion option by mistake. Even some supermarkets try it on, if paying by card, always insist on paying in Thai baht if given the option of paying in your local currency. -

Texas has also said if it isn't enough they have more than 10 million acres that could be added. 1. First safe country rule. If you are afraid in Guatemala and went to Mexico you have no asylum claim. You are no longer in danger and any claim of asylum isn't valid. 2. Remain in Mexico. If you attempt to cross in an area outside of a an official crossing you don't come in. 3. Crossing at an official crossing. You will be processed and detained until vetted and your case is heard. If you are really in danger and the other rules don't prevent you from entering, welcome in. You have a nice warm detention bed and three meals. Because your life was in danger you are safe now. There are a whole lot of illegals running around freely that shouldn't be you have the right to come here and claim whatever you want, but you do not have the right to roam around.- 1
