Party is over the coins are off the pitch, the fans have gone home. Tears have been shed.

Now what????????

What do you think should happen at the Mighty club LEEDS?

But what do you think will REALLY happen? You are allowed to change your thoughts as next season progressors in the lower division.

:o

All welcome to give thoughts Except CARDIFF or Sunderland supporters

I am Joking of course :D

The major priority for me is to once and for all sort out our finances.

My sneaking suspicion is that Dennis Wise didn't have the full support of the squad during the season so if he is to stay he needs to bring in his own team.

We need a younger team with more pace, get rid of the prima donnas and bring in the men who want to pull on the white shirt and wear it with pride.

I must admit when looking back on the past I would say what Howard Wilkinson achieved in his early days of bringing in Gordon Strachan ( inspirational ) Vinny ( motivational ).Its certainly worth trying to emulate.

We lack a decent captain dont get me started about the last two we need a leader both on and off the park in the mould of Billy Bremner or Gordon Strachan.

Although we don't want to forget the past, we need to regain some pride in the present and make it more affordable for us to watch our football.

I'm sure when I eventually sober up I'll come up with some more potentially insightful advice.

Then again perhaps not.

Personaly I think he should have another seson.

Leeds were not in a good position when he came into the job, the rot was probably set to deep for him to work his way out of the mire.

Yes, I agree he needs to bring in his own players now and get Leeds back up a divison and back into he EPL within 5 years..I think that is a realistic plan

Warriors, can u wise me up on why Cardiff ( me ) and S'land supporters are excluded?

I'm in Thailand so it's sometimes hard to keep abreast of all things football.

Is it related to the thuggish leeds supporters and the completely misplaced reputation of

cardiff supporters.

O J There a deep feeling that your Cardiff boys did not care in the last home match against Hull. Hence losing 0- 1 to Hull in the last round opened the trap door for Leeds to fall through.

That is all :o

he's got to go or maybe he will jump!!!! can not say that he has really done anything of note while he has been there!

I think he should have another season. Managers are chopped and changed far too regularly these days, and they need time to make a difference. Revie had a disastrous first season and there were calls for Ferguson to be fired after a couple of seasons - luckily the Man Utd board resisted and stuck with him.

As for next season, well it depends how many of this squad he can keep together. I suspect the likes of Healy will go, and the various loan players will disperse (although i'd like to keep Kisishev). Cresswell and Lewis will stay. I hope he persuades Marques to stay too. Then he will need to build a team around the youth, bolstered by the type of players with experience, coming to the end of their careers but who will still be attracted by the big name that is Leeds.

Momentum is an important thing in football. Get a good start and I'm confident they will have 30,000 attending each week and will make it back first time.

I got this in my email ... I just don't get it :o

There once was a willy wonka called Wise

In charge of 11 shi'ite guys

From the Premier they went

To League 1 they've been sent

And so a once great football club dies

Again, more Leeds-obsession from someone who seems more interested in Leeds than the Mackems. How curious.

Denis Wise is on borrowed time.

They only chance he has of staying is if leeds get straight to the top of the table.

He has made a poor start, he comes over as smug sod when interveiwed...he dosent say what the fans want to hear and more importantly how he says it.... some work in this department needed otherwise ( no pun ) hes had it.

Looks like he is staying (Wize)

Maybe there is now light at the end of the tunnel and some $$$$$ coming too :o

I think he should become a mini-cab driver and continue with the job on a part-time basis :D
