I don't know of any in Chiang Mai but there's always some for sale on Kaidee. There's also a guy in Isaan who makes them. His Facebook name is ครื่องดนตรี พื้นเมืองอีสาน พิณ แคน. If you want to contact him I'd phone rather than send a message as he took 4 months to see mine!
