Who is this Jon Voight chap? Never heard of him. Is he important like ex-Trump chief of staff Kelly who call Trump the most flawed human being or ex-secretary of state Tillerson who call Trump a moron.

He is a terrific actor, though. The only reason I stayed with Ray Donovan (a tv series) as long as I did was because of him.

'New York Post Published Hunter Biden Report Amid Newsroom Doubts'

"The New York Post’s front-page article about Hunter Biden on Wednesday was written mostly by a staff reporter who refused to put his name on it, two Post employees said.

Many Post staff members questioned whether the paper had done enough to verify the authenticity of the hard drive’s contents, said five people with knowledge of the tabloid’s inner workings. Staff members also had concerns about the reliability of its sources and its timing, the people said."

Giuliani gave them the info on the 11th. They published on the 12th. This is laughable.

Enthusiasm for Trump is off the charts as his rallys show.  Enthusiasm for Biden is low, very low.

Trump will win with 320 to 340 electoral votes.

Good on Jon, but I doubt he'll have many friends left in the film industry.

Yes, Democrats are bad because 'they lied to the American people', so vote Trump.

You can't make this up.

He's been making extreme right wing statements for years. He's 80 years old and still working. What does that tell you?

25 million votes already cast.

"Among 15 states that provide voters’ party affiliation, Democrats have returned more than 5.8 million ballots – more than double the total number of ballots sent by Republicans (2.5 million)."

Look out Donald the tide's coming in.

Only around 128 million to go.

From google

In 2018, there were 153.07 million people registered to vote ...

I would expect a significant higher turnout than in 2016.

I do too. Mostly due to an increased number of anti-Trump voters. Already lots of evidence that black voters who didn't turn out in 2016 are turning out this time.

Which makes a Democrat win a given. Trump knows this and is now busy working on his submission to the SCOTUS on the "fake" election.

and how long might it take to call the results?

If it's a close race and it comes down to Pennsylvania it might take 3 days.  Supreme Court has allowed Pennsylvania ballots to be counted that arrive 3 days after the election.

Biden's silent approach on the laptop / Burisma scandal may or may not work in his favor. Innocent folks would hit this head on and flat out deny it. Biden has not denied the laptop is Hunters, biden is not denying those emails are from hunters laptop, biden has not denied meeting with Burisma, but his campaign claims "there is no record of the meeting in Biden's official schedule"

This is not helping Bidens case and on Thursday Trump will corner Biden on the emails and all the payments made to Hunter, all the lies and drive a stake so deep into Biden's abysmal 47 years of political failures, he will be finished, and need a lunch and google maps to get back but can go fishing with bill and hillary. My hope is for a bigger, juicier October surprise tomorrow too just to make this more fun for all of us posting here. Exciting times!

On the other hand, not talking about it is a way to avoid drawing attention to it, and making this story more important than it is.

From a tactical POV, it also makes sense to stay mute before the debate and not let Trump know his replies in advance.

Yes, try your best to low key the compromising things, avoid further exposure in hopes it all magically goes away and that the Rudy/Bannon biden destruction package is just an unfounded frame-up and/or a disinformation scheme created by foreigner's meddling in this election. The msm non-coverage is truly astounding though, but benefits Biden, for now it seems, but that's likely to change soon. The threats against free speech are deeply rooted and will not be tolerated in America.

It was not verified up to normal journalistic standards. Even journalists from the newspaper that printed the story condemned it.

So all you have is rudy’s word on it and he only sent pdf screenshots and refuses to let anyone near it to investigate.

Im sure trump supporters believe it. Reverse it to be about trump and they say its a hoax.

Indeed, the fbi are in fact investigating it as misinformation.

Yes, it works for now as no serious media is lending any credibility to it, in the absence of checked evidence.

There would be a very good way to publicise this story, and give credibility to it (in case it has any). Giuliani just needs to release its "proof" for all to check, and in particular the email metadata.

Why didn't he do that? I have an obvious answer in mind. Do you have any?
