TMD is the Thai Meterological Department. https://weather.tmd.go.th/kknLoop.php Now I use that page but you can select a radar closer to your location from the drop down menu called TMD Radar loop. Create a shortcut on your phone to the webpage you selected. I find most apps for weather can give you a general idea what is going on but they are not good at forecasting localised showers (which can be very heavy).
