You forgot an important question - do they really pay... I can't tell you my experience. Because of the laws here I might end up in jail.

You can state your experience, without naming and defaming.  I don't think Tokio Marine gets an A+ rating because they cheat.

The buildings are almost always insured with your fees..but most importantly coverage on liability..like flooding the unit below you, or causing a fire...

I am interested in that too.  
 

Also more interested in additional, supplemental building insurance as I just fully gutted a brand new condo and upgraded everything substantially.  Then there are all the contents (high end audio, watch collection, furniture, art etc etc).

 

Hopefully someone has an answer for that too.
