I could not make up such an insane story as the last four years and I am pretty crazy. The only Republican I ever admired was Dwight Eisenhower.

Trump is holding an open air rally in Georgia tomorrow which I (as a Ponti) hope to watch via livestream :clap2:

(It's foolish to write him off just yet ????

I'm starting to like Fox News! ????

Quote:

"Giuliani held a public hearing alongside Trump on Wednesday and alleged that Republicans were denied the opportunity to observe the canvassing process, with Trump claiming they have "hundreds and hundreds of affidavits" of witnesses' personal stories to back their argument up.

However, the so-called proof has not been presented during numerous court hearings, with judges repeatedly ruling against the Trump campaign."

It's foolish to deny obvious results in a Quixotic shot in the dark.

So does that mean we have to go back to the funny videos and pics after the 20th of January ?

Since our clown had to leave the WH? I really enjoyed myself reading all his BS

What fraud?  What unraveling?  What do you base your assumption that Nevada and others will go red upon?

From your source:

"The case has been somewhat under the radar, because it doesn’t involve claims of fraud. It appears to be a pretty straight legal argument."

Some of the legislation expanding absentee balloting is being challenged.  Nobody has suggested that legal voters be disenfranchised because of it.  It is extremely unlikely to change the result of the Pennsylvania vote, and will have no applicability to states other than Pennsylvania.

In short, Biden will be sworn in as President on January 20, 2021.

An update:  https://www.yahoo.com/huffpost/pennsylvania-supreme-court-mail-in-ballots-021808359.html

As I read the ruling, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided that people can't wait until after an election to decide they don't like rules passed by the legislature over a year earlier, and that the remedy is to throw out lots of votes.  Seems reasonable to me, but I'm sure there are those who will disagree.

And of course, this is what it's really all about. As the article below says:

"Trump lost and his lawsuits are garbage. But please keep donating! The grift must go on."

Trump lost - keep donating

By claiming to continue to "fight electoral fraud" it means Trump can continue to ask for donations.

But what the people who donate probably don't know is that very little of the money they donate will actually go towards the lawsuits:

Who in their right mind would donate to pay rudy $20k a day only to be laughed out of court 30 times in a month.

The rules that were passed by a repub legislator. Suing themselves. Brilliant strategy.

Not just that but apparently the rules governing the kind of entity that Trump has set up gives him very broad latitude in what he can spend the money on.
