Flights From Phuket To Bangkok

I've been checking the airline schedules for Thai, Bangkok Air, Nok Air and 1-2 Go. It seems (other than Thai Air) that most of these other airlines only operate 2-3 flights a day between Phuket/Bangkok ?

Our employee said he should up at the airport this afternoon and found the check-in counter closed. Ergo, he missed the flight, and therefore missed his onwards connections. We scrambled (in vain) to try and find an alternate flight from Bangkok to Dubai for him. I say in vain because we couldn't get ahold of him to find out if he had taken an alternate flight to Bangkok or not.

If one is flying Bangkok Air (Phuket to Bangkok), what time do the check-in counters normally close before the flight ?

Are there a lot of flights (from Phuket to Bangkok) between 6-10 pm (Thai time of course) ?

I usually just fly into Bkk myself, and take a bus/taxi to that wonderful place on the opposite side of the gulf from Phuket. But, due to the number of our staff that seem to like your side of the country, I figure I'd better start gathering some info in case we end up with any more stranded folks in the future.

early every flight in and out of nearly every airport with airline codes so great way to check who flies where and when, maybe useful for future use too.

PS forgot to say fantastic party bash and a great place to take our sons and their friend when they holiday here in November.

Did you get that info from the flightstats site that mamnoodles mentioned ?

As for mamanoodles, good thing you left the party when you did, or the girls might have had you up on the table (or in the pool, or the jacuzzi) !!

Not sure if you want to take your kids to a place like that though, those same girls might be a little naughty towards young gentlemen brought up in "proper society" !

Nearly certain that has a lot to do with why they are coming back this year, they loved the live entertainment, especially at the Lion pub!
